A wedding website shaped like a personal invitation. Floral details, full-size photography and an elegant event programme bring the story and guest information into one place.
Project scope
- Website design
- Couple story layout
- Photo gallery
- Event programme
- RSVP presentation
The idea
A wedding website has two jobs: share something personal and make the details easy for guests to find. This project balances both. It introduces the couple and their story, then gathers the celebration schedule, gallery and RSVP route into a single visual experience.
Design direction
A tall invitation-shaped panel sits over the opening photograph, framed with floral details and fine serif typography. The design feels closer to printed wedding stationery than a business landing page. Large photographs carry the personal side of the story while the text stays light and carefully spaced.
The visitor journey
The navigation provides direct routes to the couple, gallery, events and RSVP. The programme separates the haldi, wedding and reception so each part of the celebration has its own place. A guest can explore the story or go straight to the practical information without having to follow a fixed reading order.
Design review
The invitation motif gives the whole project a clear identity. It is decorative, but it also frames the information guests need first. Keeping the event programme and RSVP distinct from the story is what makes the site useful as well as personal.
