The idea
AI services can sound abstract even when the underlying work is practical. Brackenwire starts with busywork: the repetitive tasks, disconnected tools and slow handovers people already recognise. The website connects that everyday problem to an agency offer covering automation, knowledge search, integrations and custom AI systems.
Design direction
A forest backdrop and deep greens give the brand a different feel from the usual glowing technology graphics. The serif headline adds an editorial touch. Beside it, a compact workflow panel shows a request moving through steps, including a human review point, so the idea becomes visible before the visitor reads a service description.
The visitor journey
Visitors can explore the work or book an introductory call from the hero. The following sections move through business needs, example projects, service areas and a delivery process. Technical subjects are grouped into understandable offerings rather than presented as a long list of tools.
Design review
The workflow panel is the most useful visual detail. It explains a concept instead of simply filling space. The overall structure also leaves room for a proper conversation: visitors can see where an agency might help before being asked to describe their own systems.
